Yoga

  • We have mats available for you to borrow, free of charge! We also have a variety of props, such as blocks, blankets, and straps, that you’re welcome to use.

    If you borrow a mat or any props, be sure to wipe them down after class using the provided spray and sponges.

  • There is copious paid street parking around the studio. Additionally, we have five spots available in the back of the building on a first-come first-serve basis.

  • We open the doors about 15 minutes prior to any group class. Please try and arrive early - we lock the doors during class and you may get stuck outside.

  • We call it hands-on-assists at Body Reflects. Some teachers will offer hands-on-assists and we will always ask for consent.

    If a teacher offers hands-on-assist, please know that we will respect your practice. You may change your mind at any time throughout a class if you no longer want assistance.

    We have a basket of rocks in the studio. Please grab a rock and place it painted side up on your mat to indicate consent for assistance or painted side down to indicate that you want to keep your practice your own.

  • We offer refunds for a canceled class up to [x] time prior to the start of class. If you cancel after that time, we will not issue a refund.

    For massage, we offer a refund if you cancel up to [x] time before

  • We are not a hot yoga studio. Don’t worry though, we do turn the heat on in the winter. Call us “unheated yoga” or “not hot yoga” or “room temperature”, whatever label works for you.

    We keep our practice space in a comfortable temperature range year-round.

Massage

  • Your therapist or teacher can let you into the studio up to 15 minutes prior to your appointment, whether that’s private yoga instruction or massage. If you have any issues accessing the studio, please give us a call (ADD LINK or NUMBER).

  • You can purchase a recurring monthly membership in MindBody (GRAB LINK). We have a variety of packages available for both massage and yoga classes. You can read about those details on our pricing page (ADD LINK).

  • To change or cancel your recurring membership, please reach out to us directly - you can either call, text, or email (ADD LINKS). We ask for a 30-day notice for any cancellation.
